Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 42500 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 42500 as the platform operator.
Use of this platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. 42500 reserves the right to verify the age of any member at any time, and accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be closed immediately with no refund. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in activities on this platform is lawful under the local laws applicable to them.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the 42500 platform. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold one account only on the 42500 platform. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. 42500 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of valid identification documents. Accounts found to use false or incomplete information may be suspended or closed without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 42500 will never ask for your password via email or live chat. Any activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, unless you have reported suspicious activity to our support team within a reasonable timeframe.
Users are strictly prohibited from using the 42500 platform for fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates Malaysian law. The use of automated software, bots, or any unauthorised technical means to gain an unfair advantage is absolutely forbidden and may result in immediate account termination.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the devices and internet connections they use are secure and free from malware. 42500 is not liable for any losses arising from the use of an insecure device or an unprotected internet connection on the user's part.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the 42500 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are subject to the platform's current policies, which may change from time to time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to check the latest information in their account section or contact customer support before making any significant transactions.
42500 supports a range of local payment methods, including internet banking, e-wallets, and bank transfers. Successful deposit transactions will be credited to your account within the timeframe indicated by the system. Should any delay or transaction failure occur, users must contact customer support with complete proof of transaction for follow-up action.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or payment method that has been registered and verified in the same member's name. 42500 reserves the right to reject or place on hold any withdrawal request that raises suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of terms, and the investigation process may take up to 14 working days depending on the complexity of the case.
Bonuses and promotions are subject to separate wagering requirements. Users must fulfil the stated rollover conditions before any bonus is eligible for withdrawal. 42500 reserves the right to void bonuses obtained through illegitimate means or in breach of promotional terms.
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
42500 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or strong reasonable suspicion of the following:
- Providing false information during registration or identity verification
- Fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities
- Material or repeated violations of the terms and conditions
- Creating multiple accounts under the same individual
- Promotion abuse or exploitation of system vulnerabilities
42500 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including technical disruptions, system failures, or internet connectivity issues. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and 42500 makes no warranties regarding the continuous availability or accuracy of any information contained therein. 42500's total maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of active deposits held in that user's account at the time the claim is made.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Amendments

All content on the 42500 platform — including logos, graphic designs, text, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of 42500 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws in Malaysia. 42500 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Any disputes arising from the use of the 42500 platform shall be governed and construed in accordance with Malaysian law, and users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia for the resolution of any such disputes.
